Our cold laser treatment is used to treat acute injuries, TMJ, carpal tunnel syndrome, muscle and joint pain, arthritis, muscle spasm, stiffness, even acne and wrinkles.
Pilates:
Our Reformer Pilates allow anyone to stretch, strengthen, and stabilize their muscles, helping to prevent injury. All classes taught by certified instructors and may be covered by insurance.
