What is Scoliosis?
Scoliosis is an abnormal curvature of the spine greater than ten degrees. It most commonly develops during adolescent growth spurts between the ages of 10 and 15.
Although it’s diagnosed equally in boys and girls, Scoliosis in girls is ten times likely to get worse without treatment.
Research indicates starting Schroth at the first signs of abnormal curvature yields the best results, possibly avoiding surgery. So don’t wait and see, get a free consultation today
What is Schroth?
Schroth Method is a non-surgical treatment system which uses a series of isometric and other exercises to strengthen or lengthen asymmetrical muscles in a Scoliotic body.
The goal is to halt progression of abnormal spinal curvature, and in best cases reverse abnormal curvature.
Schroth Method is appropriate for all ages, and is especially effective in children who are still growing.
